Job Description
- *Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and adaptable **E\-Commerce Account Manager** to oversee operations at both our Netaji Subhash Place (NSP) office and our Bahadurgarh warehouse. In this role, you will travel between these two locations on alternate days to streamline operations and drive the growth of our key marketplace accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for boosting revenue, managing online platforms, executing strategic promotional campaigns, and building strong relationships with marketplace partners.
- *Roles \& Responsibilities**
Manage assigned brand accounts across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, etc.
Act as the main coordination point between clients, marketplace teams, and internal YCE teams.
Monitor daily sales, orders, inventory, pricing, listings, and account health.
Coordinate catalog updates, listing corrections, image changes, A\+ content, brand stores, and keyword optimization.
Track product visibility, suppressed listings, out\-of\-stock styles, pricing issues, and marketplace errors.
Review weekly/monthly performance reports, including GMV, orders, conversion, traffic, ads, and inventory.
Identify best\-selling and underperforming SKUs and suggest growth actions.
Coordinate with ads teams for focus SKUs, ad inputs, spends, ROAS, and visibility campaigns.
Raise and follow up on marketplace tickets related to listings, payments, returns, pricing, and account health.
Work closely with listing, ads, design, content, warehouse, and accounts teams to ensure timely execution.
Maintain trackers for pending tasks, catalog status, ad inputs, inventory issues, and marketplace escalations.
Share structured updates, reports, action plans, and next steps with clients and internal managers.
- *Requirements**
Minimum 2\+ years of experience in E\-commerce / Marketplace Account Management.
Own Vehicle (**Preferred Bike**/Car) is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and other marketplaces.
Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
Understanding of digital advertising (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
