  • *WHAT YOU’LL DO:**
  • *Role:**

The **Key Account Manager \- India** is responsible for driving strategic account growth and strengthening partnerships with key players across the data center ecosystem, including hyperscalers, colocation providers, server OEMs, cloud service providers, and channel partners. Acting as the primary commercial contact for assigned accounts, this role will identify growth opportunities, expand market presence, increase customer value, and deliver revenue targets. The successful candidate will have a strong technical sales background, expertise in data center infrastructure solutions, and a demonstrated ability to build executive\-level relationships within complex multinational organizations.

  • *Responsibilities:**
  • *Strategic Account Management**
  • Develop and execute regional account strategies aligned with CoolIT's growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain executive\-level relationships with strategic customers and partners across EMEAI.
  • Create and manage multi\-year account development plans to achieve double\-digit annual revenue growth.
  • Understand customer roadmaps, investment priorities, and future technology requirements.
  • *Business Development \& Revenue Growth**
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and expand CoolIT's footprint across customer organizations.
  • Drive pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and revenue attainment.
  • Support pricing strategies, commercial negotiations, and contract discussions.
  • Collaborate with channel partners and OEMs to develop joint go\-to\-market initiatives.
  • *Customer Advocacy**
  • Act as the voice of the customer within CoolIT.
  • Ensure customer requirements are effectively communicated to Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Program Management teams.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and long\-term partnership success.
  • *Technical \& Market Leadership**

* Maintain strong knowledge of

+ AI infrastructure

+ Hyperscale data centers

+ Liquid cooling technologies

+ Server platforms and GPU architectures

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide strategic market intelligence to support product roadmap decisions.

  • Support proposal development, customer presentations, and executive business reviews.
  • Participate in solution workshops and customer design discussions.

  • *Basic Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 5–10\+ years of Key Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or Business Development experience.
  • Experience selling into:

+ Hyperscalers

+ Data center operators

+ OEMs

+ Cloud service providers

  • Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Experience managing complex multinational accounts.
  • Ability to travel internationally (25–40%)
  • *Preferred** **Qualifications:**
  • Experience with liquid cooling, thermal management, or data center infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of AI, GPU computing, HPC, and cloud infrastructure markets.
  • Existing network within MEAI data center and cloud ecosystem.
  • MBA or advanced technical degree.
