Our Client is India’s \#1 Student Gig Hub.

We’re building the **default platform for Gen Z India to earn, explore, and grow** across the *widest possible spectrum of opportunities* .

From working in **sales for top brands** to something as real and everyday as **dog walking**, we’re creating a system where *any student can find a way to earn, experiment, and build independence*. We sit at the intersection of **white\-collar and blue\-collar work**, but what we’re really building is much bigger, a **new way for Gen Z to interact with work, money, and opportunity**.

This is a distribution\-first, revenue\-driven engine. Because without strong brand partnerships, none of this scales. Today, we already have:

  • 5L\+ registered students
  • 5500\+ registered recruiters
  • Featured on Z TV’s Ideabaaz where we bagged an All Titan Deal \& Pratik Gandhi as our Brand Ambassador

But this is still Day 0\. We’re not just closing deals. We’re building the **largest Gen Z brand distribution network in India by bringing meaningful gig opportunities for the college students of India.**

This is not a “follow up and send decks” sales role.

This is a **pure revenue \+ ownership role** for someone who wants to be in the room where deals actually happen.

You will work directly with founders to drive how Our Client monetizes , through brand partnerships, activations, long\-term collaborations that create a wide range of gig opportunities for college students.

You won’t be handed leads and told what to say. You’ll figure out

  • Which brands matter
  • What to pitch
  • How to close

From first conversation to signed deal, you own the outcome. This is a **0****1 \+ 1****10 revenue role**.

  • End\-to\-end sales partnerships pipeline
  • Revenue generation
  • Relationship building with brands, agencies, and decision\-makers
  • Converting demand into structured, repeatable revenue

  • Go out and meet recruiters, this is not a desk job
  • Build and manage a high\-quality pipeline of prospects
  • Negotiate commercials, scope, and execution timelines
  • Work closely with founders on pricing, positioning, and GTM
  • Continuously refine how we sell, not just what we sell

  • 2–6 years in Sales
  • Experience in high\-performance sales environments
  • Proven ability to close deals and hit revenue targets
  • Comfortable operating in fast\-moving, unstructured setups
