Sansui Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is a leading company in Home Automation specializing in smart\-home and smart\-office solutions through automation and systems integration.
- *Job Responsibilities**
\- Develop and manage relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Project Management Consultants (PMCs), System Integrators, and Electrical Contractors.
\- Generate business leads and new business enquiries.
\- Identify and develop potential channel partners and dealers in Pune and Maharashtra.
\- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
\- Conduct meetings and engagement activities with architects, designers, and business partners.
\- Manage channel partners and support business development activities.
\- Analyze CRM data and sales performance to identify business opportunities.
\- Coordinate with technical and back\-office teams to ensure smooth project execution.
\- Support business growth and achieve sales targets.
- *Requirements**
\- Graduate in any discipline.
\- Diploma / B.E. in Electrical or Electronics preferred.
\- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development.
\- Existing relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, PMCs, System Integrators, or Electrical Contractors in Pune.
\- Good understanding of Home Automation / Smart Home solutions.
\- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills.
\- Good business development and customer\-handling skills.
