About the Role

Implementation and ensuring that Ferrero quality standard and protocol are well practiced and followed by vendors producing surprises and packing. Performing supervisions of toy manufacturing process at supplier location and ensure compliance with Ferrero quality requirements. Identify the process deviations and timely report to line supervisor. Perform pre\-dispatch inspections of finished goods, create and release inspection lots in SAP system. Ensure Ferrero guidelines for continuous improvements in quality, safety and hygiene standards at supplier.

Main Responsibilities

Supervising the suppliers: \-

1\.Following the guidelines and ensuring that Ferrero quality standards and protocol are well practiced and followed by supplier producing surprises and packing.

2\.Coordinating with line supervisor to execute daily inspection \& supervision at supplier factory.

• *Process Improvement: \-**

1\.Conducting process supervisions as per Ferrero quality standards \& reporting non\-conformity (if any) to line supervisor.

2\.Providing guidelines and taking feedback to reduce the internal rejection levels.

• *Other Responsibilities: \-**

1\.Maintain final inspection record and data management in SAP \& PLM.

2\.Perform new development toy testing and updating test results to line supervisor.

About You

• Graduation/ Post\-Graduation in relevant filed with 3\+ years of experience in same process or in FMCG.
• Understanding of injection moulding process defects \& basic knowledge of polymers
• Interpersonal \& presentation skills to achieve the results in time.
