About the Role

Paradiso Solutions is looking for an experienced Learning \& Development (L\&D) professional who is ready to take on a broader leadership role involving business operations, strategic growth, industry engagement, and cross\-functional execution.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Corporate L\&D, Learning Strategy, Talent Development, or Learning Technology who wants to move beyond traditional L\&D responsibilities.

You will work directly with the Founder \& CEO, engage with global L\&D leaders, build strategic partnerships, and help drive company\-wide initiatives.

A professional background in L\&D is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

1\. L\&D Thought Leadership \& Industry Engagement

• Engage with CLOs, L\&D Directors, HR leaders, and learning industry professionals.
• Participate in webinars, podcasts, roundtables, and industry events.
• Contribute insights on corporate learning, AI, LMS, and workforce development.
• Strengthen Paradiso's visibility within the global L\&D community.

2\. Strategic Partnerships \& Business Growth

• Build relationships with enterprise L\&D leaders, consultants, and learning technology partners.
• Identify collaboration, partnership, and business growth opportunities.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to support strategic initiatives.

3\. Business Operations \& Execution

• Work directly with the Founder \& CEO to execute business priorities.
• Coordinate activities across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and HR.
• Monitor project progress, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure accountability.
• Improve operational processes and cross\-functional collaboration.

4\. KPI Management \& Leadership Support

• Maintain dashboards, performance KPIs, and execution trackers.
• Conduct business reviews and monitor strategic initiatives.
• Provide leadership with clear performance updates and actionable insights.
• Ensure priorities have clear ownership, deadlines, and measurable outcomes.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• 5–10\+ years of professional experience in Corporate L\&D, Learning Strategy, Talent Development, or Learning Technology.
• Strong understanding of enterprise learning, LMS platforms, and digital learning solutions.
• Experience managing strategic initiatives, teams, or cross\-functional projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and networking skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem\-solving, and execution capabilities.
• Confidence engaging with senior L\&D leaders and business executives.
• Interest in AI\-powered learning, SaaS, and business growth.
