The role requires 2 to 3 years of experience and involves working rotational shifts. Key responsibilities include managing Level 1 customer support queries through phone, email, and chat channels. You will conduct basic investigations and validations using SQL and Excel to diagnose and resolve issues. Meeting defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution is critical. All support activities must be logged and tracked in the ticketing system. Unresolved or complex issues should be escalated to L2/L3 teams following established procedures. Maintaining clear documentation of problems and solutions, as well as coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensures efficient problem resolution. This position calls for technical proficiency, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
