• *Job Description:**

We are hiring an experienced L1 IT Support Engineer to provide end\-user and infrastructure support.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, Teams, VPN and business applications.
• Provide desktop, laptop, printer and scanner support.
• Resolve basic LAN, Wi\-Fi, internet and connectivity issues.
• Handle password resets, email configuration and user account support.
• Install and configure operating systems, software, antivirus and security patches.
• Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add and Change) activities.
• Maintain IT asset records and incident logs using Excel or service management tools.
• Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 support teams.

• *Required Skills:**

• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or desktop support.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting and networking basics.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to join immediately.
• Candidates residing near Santacruz / Kalina will be preferred.
