L1 Production Support Engineer

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Monitor production applications and respond to incidents according to defined procedures.
• Perform hands\-on SQL queries to investigate and troubleshoot data\-related issues.
• Use Python skills to support troubleshooting and analyze application or data processing issues.
• Investigate Google Cloud Dataflow issues and understand Airflow failures and logs.
• Work with GCP services, including BigQuery, Bigtable, Pub/Sub, and Cloud SQL.
• Understand ETL workflows and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for data\-related applications.
• Identify, document, escalate, and track production incidents until resolution.
• Collaborate with application, data, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain incident records and follow IT service management processes.
• Follow shift handover procedures and ensure continuity of production support.

• *Required Skills and Qualifications**

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in production support or a related technical role.
• Strong hands\-on SQL querying skills, including:
• Filtering and retrieving data.
• INNER JOIN and LEFT JOIN operations, including NULL handling.
• UNION and set\-based operations.
• Analytical and problem\-solving queries.
• Python knowledge for troubleshooting, log analysis, and understanding data processing issues.
• Experience with GCP services such as BigQuery, Bigtable, Pub/Sub, and Cloud SQL.
• Understanding of ETL processes and data workflows.
• Ability to understand Dataflow troubleshooting requirements and Airflow failures and logs.
• Knowledge of incident management and IT service engineering processes.
• ServiceNow experience is preferred.
• Willingness and ability to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.Key Responsibilities

Pay: ₹900,000\.00 \- ₹1,200,000\.00 per year
