Varthana is looking for an L1 Support Executive who will be supporting the business users. The candidate should understand how the technology fits into the context of other technical abilities, customer needs, business impact, and corporate strategy.
Key Role Deliverables
Incident and Problem Management: Logging of bugs/ defects and tracking them to closure
Carrying out all necessary deployments, including release management and deployment schedules, to be carried out for daily bug fixes and changes incorporated into the Varthana Application space.
Providing functional support for later\-implemented new apps as well as current business applications
Ensuring that every case is resolved within the SLA.
Relationship Management: Managing productivity and ensuring that customers experience the superior service they require.
