L2 Support Engineer( 4-6 yrs, Application Support, LMS/LOS), Mumbai

• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced L2 Support Engineer with strong SQL expertise and functional knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS). The role involves database support, issue resolution, loan lifecycle monitoring, data validation, troubleshooting, and coordination with business and technical teams to ensure smooth lending operations.

• *Required Skills:**

• Strong SQL knowledge including Query Optimization, Stored Procedures, Complex Queries, SQL Functions, DML, DDL, and DCL.
• Experience in database management, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Hands\-on experience with APIs and Postman.
• Good understanding of **LOS (Loan Origination System) and LMS (Loan Management System).**
• Knowledge of complete loan lifecycle and lending processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem\-solving skills.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Troubleshoot database performance issues and ensure data integrity.
• Generate MIS reports and support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Use APIs and Postman for validation, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Support LMS functionalities including Loan Postings, Loan Schedules, DPD (Days Past Due), and Part Payment processing.
• Monitor and support end\-to\-end loan servicing operations.
• Analyze and resolve LMS\-related operational and technical issues.
• Support LOS workflows from loan application initiation through loan disbursement.
• Assist in LOS configuration, validations, and workflow management.
• Coordinate with business, IT, and technical teams for issue resolution and system enhancements.
• Understand and support the complete loan lifecycle flow: LOS → LMS → LCS.
• Ensure smooth data flow and process transitions across lending systems.

• *Preferred Experience:**

• Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or Lending domain experience.
• Experience supporting lending platforms, loan servicing systems, or financial applications.
• Understanding of loan flow from Origination to Servicing and Collections.

Pay: ₹600,000\.00 \- ₹1,000,000\.00 per year
