Job Description
We are looking for an experienced **L2 Support Technical Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central** with strong expertise in **Business Central Architecture, AL Development, RDLC Reporting, Technical Troubleshooting, and Production Support**.
✔ Strong experience in **L2 Support within an IT Service Management (ITSM) Model**
✔ Deep technical expertise in **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central**
✔ Hands\-on experience with **AL Programming \& Extension Development**
✔ Strong experience in **RDLC Report Development \& Customization**
✔ Knowledge of **Microsoft SQL Server**
✔ Experience in **Data Migration \& Integration Projects**
✔ Experience delivering **Business Central Customization Projects**
✔ Hands\-on experience in **D365 Business Central Installation \& Configuration**
✔ Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills
✔ Basic functional understanding of **Business Central Modules**
✔ Experience with **Git Version Control**
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
