We are looking for a Laptop Support Engineer who will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining laptops, desktops, and related IT equipment. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems, and networking basics.
Key Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve laptop and desktop hardware issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
Perform laptop formatting, OS installation, driver installation, and software updates.
Repair and replace laptop components such as RAM, SSD/HDD, keyboard, battery, display, charger, and motherboard components.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and peripheral device issues.
Configure email clients such as Outlook and web\-based email services.
Install and support antivirus and endpoint security solutions.
Maintain IT asset inventory and service records.
Provide onsite and remote technical support to users.
Configure and troubleshoot LAN, Wi\-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.
Coordinate with vendors for warranty claims and hardware replacement.
Ensure timely closure of support tickets as per SLA.

Educational Qualification Diploma/B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc (IT/Computer Science) or equivalent.
Hardware \& Networking certification preferred.
Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A\+, N\+, or Microsoft certifications will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience Experience in Laptop/Desktop Repair.
Experience in Field Support or Helpdesk Support.
Knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server basics.
Experience in ticketing tools and IT asset management.
Pay: ₹8,619\.04 \- ₹15,659\.25 per month
