Lead Account Analyst – KPO (Accounts & Tenant Collections)

In a time of unprecedented expansion, we are seeking a **Lead Account Analyst – KPO (Accounts \& Tenant Collections)** to join our KPO operations. This is a combined role:

• **60% – Accounts \& Analytics:** leading analytics and reporting for KPO accounts (US real estate clients)
• **40% – Tenant Collections:** calling tenants in the United States to remind them of upcoming or overdue rent and to follow up on collections

This is an excellent mid\-senior level opportunity for a candidate who thrives in high\-energy environments, works well with internal teams, and is confident speaking with US customers over the phone. The position requires technical skills in accounting along with **excellent spoken and listening skills in English**.

• *A Day on The Job Looks Like This**

• **Accounts \& Analytics (60%)***

• Work with large datasets, and organize, clean and analyze data in Excel.
• Use Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, Charts, Conditional Formatting, etc.) for data processing.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and summaries based on project requirements.
• Communicate findings and updates clearly via email, chat or documentation.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data analysis and reporting.
• Work with team members to ensure accurate and timely delivery of reports.

• **Tenant Collections (40%)***

• Make outbound calls to tenants in the United States to remind them of rent due dates and follow up on overdue balances.
• Speak with tenants professionally and courteously, and listen carefully to understand their concerns and commitments.
• Record call outcomes, payment promises and follow\-up dates accurately in the property management system or tracker.
• Coordinate with the property management team on tenant queries, payment issues and escalations.
• Prepare collection status updates and delinquency reports.

• *Qualifications**

• 1\+ years of analytics, accounting or reporting experience with a proven track record of success
• **Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation, and strong listening skills, including understanding US accents – MUST**
• Comfortable making phone calls to US tenants and handling sensitive conversations about rent payments politely and confidently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, data validation, etc.) – MUST
• Prior experience in a US calling, collections, customer service or BPO/KPO process – a strong plus
• Yardi/Timberline (Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate) experience – ideal but not a must
• CA Inter pursuing/cleared – ideal but not a must
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment
• Ability to analyze and interpret data trends
• Ability to work to deadlines and handle repetitive tasks accurately
• Willingness to work shift timings that overlap with US business hours for tenant calls
