About the Role

We are expanding our AI engineering division and looking for an experienced AI Systems Architect to lead the development of our enterprise AI solutions.

The role involves building scalable AI applications, AI agents, automation systems, and cloud infrastructure from the ground up. You will initially take independent ownership of technical development and work closely with management on product architecture and execution.

As the team grows, you will have the opportunity to lead engineering operations and progress toward a CTO role.

Key Responsibilities

\- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise\-grade AI applications and SaaS products.

\- Build AI agents, RAG ok systems, and intelligent automation workflows.

\- Deploy and fine\-tune open\-source LLMs such as Llama and Gemma.

\- Develop secure APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise software integrations.

\- Manage cloud infrastructure, deployment, security, and performance optimization.

\- Integrate AI solutions with CRM, ERP, HRMS, and other business applications.

\- Take ownership of technical architecture and guide future engineering team development.

Required Skills

\- Programming \& AI: Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LLMs, LoRA/QLoRA.

\- AI Agents: LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, RAG, Vector Databases.

\- Cloud \& DevOps: AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD.

\- Backend: API development, databases, scalable SaaS architecture.

\- Security: VPC, IAM, encryption, data isolation, SOC 2/ISO 27001 awareness.

Experience \& Qualifications

\- 5\+ years of software engineering experience, including 2\+ years working with AI/ML systems.

\- Proven experience building and deploying production\-ready AI applications.

\- Strong system architecture, problem\-solving, and independent execution skills.

\- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field preferred.

\- Experience leading technical projects or working in startups is an advantage.
