We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and governing the end\-to\-end IT Change Management process, ensuring that all changes to the production environment are assessed, approved, communicated, and implemented with minimal disruption to business operations. You will work closely with infrastructure, application, operations, and business stakeholders to drive standardization, reduce change\-related incidents, and continuously improve the change management framework in alignment with ITIL best practices.

- *Your future duties and responsibilities**
- Own and govern the end\-to\-end IT Change Management process in alignment with ITIL best practices.
- Plan, schedule, and chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency CAB (ECAB) meetings, ensuring proper representation and decision\-making.
- Review, assess, and approve/reject Requests for Change (RFCs) based on risk, impact, business priority, and readiness.
- Ensure all changes have proper documentation, including implementation plans, back\-out plans, test plans, and communication plans.
- Track and monitor change implementation, manage the forward schedule of changes (FSC), and minimize conflicts between changes.
- Coordinate with cross\-functional teams including Infrastructure, Application, Security, and Business stakeholders to ensure smooth change execution.
- Drive post\-implementation reviews (PIR) for major and failed changes; identify root causes and corrective actions.
- Define, measure, and report key change management KPIs such as change success rate, emergency change ratio, and unauthorized changes.
- Continuously improve the change management framework, processes, and tooling to enhance efficiency and reduce business risk.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards related to change management.
Must\-Have Skills
- Strong hands\-on experience in IT Change Management within a large enterprise or managed services environment.
- In\-depth knowledge of ITIL framework, especially Change, Release, Incident, and Problem Management; ITIL Foundation certification is mandatory.
- Proven experience chairing CAB/ECAB meetings and managing the full change lifecycle.
- Hands\-on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of risk assessment, impact analysis, and conflict management for changes.
- Experience producing change management reports, dashboards, and KPIs for senior stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and decision\-making skills.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
Good\-to\-Have Skills
- ITIL Intermediate/Expert certification or equivalent advanced change management certifications (Prosci, CCMP).
- Experience with change management in hybrid or cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated change/release practices.
- Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum delivery models.
- Experience supporting regulated industries (Banking, Insurance, Healthcare) with audit and compliance requirements (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau for change KPIs.

Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or higher, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT Change Management. ITIL Foundation certification is required; ITIL Intermediate/Expert or equivalent change management certifications (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) are preferred
