Lead Assistant Manager - R2R

Job Description: He/she will be responsible for managing and executing end\-to\-end accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards and company policies. This role plays a key part in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.

• Responsibilities: Perform general ledger accounting activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Manage and support the month\-end, quarter\-end, and year\-end close processes
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data in compliance with GAAP/IFRS and company policies
• Handle balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations
• Monitor and improve financial controls and processes
• Coordinate with cross\-functional teams such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and FP\&A
