• *Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Lead Azure AI, Security \& MCP Architect to define and lead the architecture of enterprise AI applications, agent\-based solutions, and secure integrations.

The ideal candidate will have strong Azure solution architecture experience, with expertise in Azure infrastructure, networking, Microsoft Entra ID, security, REST APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and Generative AI services. This role requires a hands\-on architect who can design production\-ready solutions, establish reusable architecture standards, and guide engineering teams through enterprise architecture and security review processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end\-to\-end architecture for enterprise AI applications and agent\-based solutions.
• Design Azure infrastructure and application\-hosting architectures using Azure Container Apps and supporting services.
• Architect secure Azure networking, including VNets, subnets, peering, private endpoints, private DNS, and controlled ingress and egress.
• Design authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID, app registrations, managed identities, OAuth flows, RBAC, and service\-to\-service security.
• Define reusable MCP architecture, including tools, actions, schemas, access boundaries, observability, and error handling.
• Architect secure API integrations with Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise platforms.
• Design Generative AI and agentic solutions using Azure AI services.
• Establish security, privacy, Responsible AI, monitoring, auditability, data retention, and resilience controls.
• Develop reference architectures, architecture standards, reusable design patterns, and technical workbooks.
• Lead technical options analysis and document architecture decisions, risks, and trade\-offs.
• Create architecture diagrams, data\-flow diagrams, security designs, and component inventories.
• Lead architecture solutions through Technical Architecture Design Review (TADR), Architecture Review Board (ARB), and security\-review processes.
• Review implementation designs and resolve technical blockers with Engineering, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Security teams.
• Communicate architecture decisions and recommendations to technical and non\-technical stakeholders.

• *Mandatory Skills and Qualifications**

• 9–10\+ years of overall technology experience, including strong Azure solution architecture expertise.
• Demonstrable experience designing and delivering Azure solutions to production.
• Strong hands\-on knowledge of Azure services, including:
• Azure Container Apps
• Azure Storage
• Azure SQL or PostgreSQL
• Azure Key Vault
• Azure Monitor and Application Insights
• Strong understanding of Azure networking, including VNets, subnets, peering, private endpoints, private DNS, and Network Security Groups (NSGs).
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2\.0, OpenID Connect, app registrations, managed identities, and RBAC.
• Strong REST API design, enterprise integration, and API orchestration experience.
• Strong understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP), including tools, schemas, authentication, and authorization.
• Experience designing Generative AI or agentic solutions using Azure OpenAI or Azure AI Foundry.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep or Terraform.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, and environment architecture.
• Experience preparing and presenting architecture designs through formal review and governance processes.
• Working knowledge of Python/FastAPI or .NET for prototyping, reviewing, and troubleshooting services.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder\-management skills, with the ability to explain architecture decisions and technical trade\-offs.

• *Desirable Skills**

• Oracle Fusion HCM REST APIs, data extracts, or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience designing MCP\-based integrations with Oracle HCM or other SaaS platforms.
• ServiceNow and Microsoft Graph API integration experience.
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform architecture.
• Experience with Azure AI Search, Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector stores, and document\-processing solutions.
• Experience designing solutions that process sensitive employee or HR data.
• Exposure to third\-party AI agent platforms such as Lyzr Studio.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI principles and enterprise AI governance frameworks.
• Relevant certifications such as AZ\-305, AI\-102, AZ\-500, SC\-100, PL\-600, or TOGAF.

• *Key Deliverables and Success Criteria**

• Develop reusable Azure reference architectures for enterprise HR AI solutions.
• Establish approved architectural patterns for Container Apps, Entra ID, networking, and private connectivity.
• Deliver secure and reusable MCP and API integration architectures.
• Define standards for AI security, monitoring, auditability, and operational support.
• Produce complete architecture documentation for TADR, ARB, and security assessments.
• Reduce technical dependencies by creating reusable architecture standards, workbooks, and design assets.

• *Ideal Candidate Profile**

The ideal candidate is a senior, hands\-on architect who can bring Azure infrastructure, Container Apps, networking, identity, security, APIs, MCP, and AI services together into a coherent, scalable, and secure production architecture.

You should be capable of defining enterprise architecture standards while providing the technical depth to challenge implementation designs, resolve complex engineering issues, and guide solutions through formal governance and security reviews.
