### **Lead Consultant / Project Manager – Salesforce Data Migration**

### **Role Overview**

Lead end\-to\-end Salesforce (SFDC) data migration projects, ensuring accurate and seamless migration of data from legacy systems into Salesforce.

### **Key Responsibilities**

• Define migration strategy, cutover, and go\-live plans.
• Lead data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Execute mock migrations and production cutovers.
• Ensure data quality and obtain business sign\-offs.
• Manage risks, stakeholders, and migration deliverables.

### **Required Skills**

• 8\+ years of Data Migration or IT Project Delivery experience.
• Proven experience in **Salesforce (SFDC) Data Migration** projects.
• Strong knowledge of data mapping, data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience migrating data from legacy systems into Salesforce.
• Experience managing migration testing, cutover, and go\-live activities.

### **Preferred**

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Field Service.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• **FSL migration experience is preferred but not mandatory.**
