- *YOUR IMPACT:**
As a Lead Consultant – Cloud Technical Architect, you will play a key role in helping enterprise customers modernize and optimize their OpenText Documentum platforms across cloud, hybrid, and on\-premises environments. You will lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and highly available content management solutions while providing technical leadership throughout the platform lifecycle.
You will collaborate with customers, architects, and delivery teams to define architecture strategies, drive modernization initiatives, and ensure reliable, high\-performing enterprise solutions that support business\-critical operations.
- *WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:**
- Design and architect enterprise\-scale OpenText Documentum solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on\-premises environments.
- Lead the deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of Documentum platform components, including Content Server, D2, xPlore, CTS, REST services, application servers, databases, and supporting infrastructure.
- Define infrastructure sizing, capacity planning, scalability, and performance strategies aligned with customer requirements.
- Design and implement containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes or OpenShift.
- Lead cloud migration, platform modernization, upgrade, and consolidation initiatives for enterprise customers.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across Documentum, D2, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, databases, networking, storage, and security components.
- Develop strategies for high availability, disaster recovery, backup, monitoring, security, and deployment automation.
- Create architecture documentation, technical designs, sizing recommendations, and implementation plans.
- Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical guidance throughout project delivery.
- Partner with cross\-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable enterprise solutions while ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
- *What you will need to succeed:**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Bachelor's degree in Science with a Master's in Computer Applications.
- 8\+ years of hands\-on experience with OpenText Documentum architecture, installation, configuration, administration, upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting.
- Strong expertise in OpenText D2 deployment, configuration, integration, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Experience designing, implementing, and supporting large\-scale, business\-critical Documentum environments.
- Strong hands\-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including deploying and managing enterprise applications.
- Experience architecting solutions on Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Expertise in infrastructure sizing, capacity planning, performance tuning, monitoring, and root cause analysis.
- Working knowledge of enterprise databases, application servers, storage, networking, load balancing, and infrastructure security.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, configuration automation, and monitoring solutions.
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, LDAP/Active Directory, Single Sign\-On (SSO), TLS certificates, encryption, and secrets management.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, stakeholder management, and customer communication skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, mentor delivery teams, and provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
