Location: Chennai / Bangalore

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Data Engineer with 4 \- 9 years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise‑grade solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform. You will lead a team of engineers, own technical architecture, and ensure delivery excellence across projects. Responsibilities include designing scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Event Hub, Stream Analytics, and Data Lake Storage, mentoring engineers, and optimizing solutions for performance and cost.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, Python, PySpark, relational and dimensional modeling, and experience with NoSQL databases, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git. Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks is essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required.

Good to Have: Azure certifications, Power BI, Logic Apps, API Management.
