Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Scientist specializing in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Agentic AI.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience developing machine learning and deep learning solutions, implementing advanced Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and deploying AI\-powered applications using Python, FastAPI, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Generative AI and machine learning solutions for enterprise applications.
• Build and optimize LLM\-powered applications using advanced RAG architectures.
• Develop NLP solutions using transformer\-based models.
• Work with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases.
• Apply Agentic AI concepts to intelligent application workflows.
• Develop and integrate APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Design and implement deep learning architectures.
• Evaluate Generative AI models, including transformers, GANs, and VAEs.
• Support OCR\-based data extraction and intelligent document processing.
• Deploy and integrate AI solutions using AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver scalable AI applications.
• Provide technical guidance and contribute to AI solution design and implementation.

Required Qualifications

• 5\+ years of relevant experience in Machine Learning or Data Science.
• Strong experience developing Generative AI solutions.
• Hands\-on knowledge of LLMs, advanced RAG, NLP, and transformer models.
• Experience with LangChain and vector databases.
• Understanding of Agentic AI concepts and applications.
• Familiarity with LlamaIndex and LLM platforms such as Llama and GPT\-based systems.
• Strong Python programming and FastAPI development experience.
• Experience with machine learning and deep learning architectures.
• Knowledge of OCR technologies.
• Experience deploying AI models on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Bachelor's or postgraduate qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Science, or a related discipline, consistent with the role's technical requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing agent\-based AI applications.
• Experience with GANs and VAEs.
• Experience optimizing RAG pipelines and retrieval performance.
• Knowledge of AI model evaluation and production deployment.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications with Generative AI services.
