Lead Developer

We are looking for an experienced **Team Lead – MERN Stack** with a strong technical background in building scalable web applications using the MERN ecosystem (with **MySQL instead of MongoDB**). The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in **AWS Cloud**, excellent leadership skills, and prior exposure to the **FinTech domain**. You will lead a team of developers, drive technical excellence, and deliver high\-quality, secure, and scalable financial technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Full Stack Developers to deliver high\-quality software solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using **React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MySQL, and TypeScript/JavaScript**.
• Architect and implement robust backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver features on time.
• Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best development practices.
• Manage sprint planning, task allocation, code reviews, and release planning.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and database efficiency.
• Implement security best practices for financial applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical guidance to the development team.
• Drive continuous improvement in architecture, processes, and engineering practices.

Required Skills \& Experience

• **7–10 years** of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong expertise in:
• React.js
• Node.js
• Express.js
• **MySQL** (Mandatory)
• TypeScript / JavaScript (ES6\+)
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and Microservices Architecture.
• Hands\-on experience with **AWS Cloud Services** such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, and VPC.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, OAuth, JWT, and application security.
• Experience with Docker and containerized deployments is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and scalable system architecture.

Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000\.00 per year
