### **Role description**
We are seeking a highly skilled **Lead / Senior DevOps Engineer** with **10\+ years of experience** in cloud infrastructure, DevOps automation, and platform engineering. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in **AWS, Azure DevOps, Terraform, CI/CD automation, containerization, observability, and infrastructure as code (IaC)**. Experience with **AIOps, AI\-assisted development tools, and modern cloud\-native architectures** will be highly valued.
This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, automating, and managing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure while driving DevOps best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
### **DevOps Architecture \& Strategy**
- Define and implement enterprise\-wide DevOps architecture and best practices.
- Design scalable, secure, highly available, and cost\-optimized cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS.
- Establish governance, standards, and automation frameworks across engineering teams.
- Drive cloud\-native transformation initiatives and operational excellence.
### **Infrastructure as Code (IaC) \& Automation**
- Architect and manage infrastructure using Terraform.
- Develop reusable Terraform modules and enforce IaC best practices.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes.
- Manage cloud infrastructure lifecycle, including provisioning, scaling, upgrades, and decommissioning.
### **CI/CD \& Release Engineering**
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Automate build, test, deployment, and release processes.
- Define and enforce Git workflows and branching strategies.
- Implement Blue\-Green deployments, Canary releases, and Disaster Recovery strategies.
- Improve deployment reliability, speed, and operational efficiency.
### **Cloud Platform Engineering (AWS)**
* Architect, deploy, and manage AWS services, including

- Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, scalability, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Configure and manage AWS networking and security services aligned with organizational standards.
### **Containerization \& Platform Operations**
- Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Amazon EKS.
- Support microservices\-based architectures and cloud\-native application deployments.
- Manage DNS configurations, domain administration, and SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle.
### **Observability \& Monitoring**
- Implement monitoring, logging, ing, and performance management solutions using New Relic, AWS CloudWatch, or similar platforms.
- Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and reliability concerns.
- Enhance system observability and operational insights.
### **AIOps \& AI\-Driven DevOps**
- Implement AI\-driven infrastructure automation and operational workflows.
- Leverage AI tools for code generation, infrastructure optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Implement intelligent monitoring, anomaly detection, and predictive ing solutions.
- Utilize modern AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Codex, and similar tools to improve engineering productivity.
### **Security \& Compliance**
- Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps).
- Manage secrets, access controls, IAM policies, and identity management.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, governance frameworks, and organizational policies.
- Drive security best practices across cloud infrastructure and deployment processes.
### **Leadership \& Collaboration**
- Lead, mentor, and guide DevOps engineers and platform teams.
- Collaborate closely with Cloud Engineering, Development, Security, and Operations teams.
- Participate in architecture reviews, solution design, and technical decision\-making.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and DevOps maturity across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10\+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Platform Engineering.
- Strong hands\-on expertise with AWS, Terraform, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience building and managing enterprise\-scale CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, and infrastructure automation.
- Experience with containerization technologies and Kubernetes platforms.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or equivalent).
- Terraform Associate Certification.
- Experience with New Relic or enterprise observability platforms.
- Exposure to AI\-driven DevOps, AIOps, and modern platform engineering practices.
- Experience leading distributed or cross\-functional engineering teams.
