Areas of Responsibility
Employee Relations
The Lead Employee Relations will contribute actively on an ongoing basis to effect appropriate employee relations activities to ensure harmonious employee relations and increase engagement
S he will provide support to line managers BPHR in investigating and resolve any employee relations issues at the location in order to facilitate agreements settle conflicts and minimize dispute
S he will deploy employee engagement programs in order to make Infosys a great place to work
Organization culture and values
The Lead Employee Relations will spread awareness of company culture and values through C life sessions and conduct awareness weeks in order to ensure that the employee is aligned to the overall organizational objectives in terms of culture and values and that the same is being deployed seamlessly and effectively
Employee Support services
The Lead Employee Relations will handle employee management concerns along with the Employee Relations Manager in order to enable quick response to employee issues in the location
Positive work environment
The Lead Employee Relations will create awareness amongst employees on the company s anti harassment initiatives and investigate cases assigned in order to provide employees a positive work atmosphere
The Lead Employee Relations will work closely with employee groups and collect feedback from employees through various communication programs
S he will share the feedback with the manager in order to proactively change polices based on feedback
Emergency response
The Lead Employee Relations will respond to the employees in a timely manner along with partner teams for emergency responses related to human resources in order to anchor the Human Resources aspect of employee emergency handling
Employee assimilation new hire compliance
The Lead Employee Relations will run the induction process efficiently in order to ensure effective assimilation of new hires and rapid enabling of new hires into business
S he will assist in the investigation of any background screening deviation in order to enhance personnel security through background verifications
HR partnership
The Lead Employee Relations will liaise with employee support groups and vendor groups to ensure quality and timely services to our employees in order to employees get the required service levels from support groups
Knowledge Skills required for the role
