Avexa Systems is hiring an experienced Lead Engineer to spearhead backend development in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate possesses strong, hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, microservices, and IoT device integration. You will lead the design and delivery of scalable backend services and REST APIs, while also architecting solutions for integrating IoT devices and gateways. A core part of the role involves guiding a team of engineers to produce high-quality enterprise applications and managing real-time device data, telemetry, events, and APIs. The position demands solid technical leadership, a deep understanding of backend architecture, and the ability to work with complex, real-time data streams in a demanding environment.
