Lead Full Stack AI Engineer (.NET)

• *Skills:**

• 10\+ years of full stack development experience, including 3\+ years leading teams or acting as technical lead.
• Strong C\#, .NET 8\+, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework and SQL Server.
• Proven experience taking AI agents and LLM applications to production, including prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and APIs or frameworks such as Claude, Azure OpenAI, LangChain or MCP.
• Strong DevOps: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and Azure or AWS.
• A solid grounding in the SDLC and Agile/Scrum.
• Excellent English communication. You’ll work daily with teams in Australia and the US.

• *Great to have:** Experience in legal tech or eDiscovery, Relativity development, OCR or transcription technology, or Java.

**Responsibilities**

• Lead, mentor and set direction for a team of Senior Full Stack AI Engineers.
• Design, build and deploy AI agents and LLM\-powered applications, using tool calling, multi\-step workflows and RAG.
• Build tools that support eDiscovery (on Relativity aiR) and eHearings, and automate internal business processes.
• Build full stack .NET web applications and APIs (C\#, ASP.NET Core, Angular or React), and Python AI services.
• Work with business stakeholders, our Business Analyst and Product Owner to turn requirements into working software.
• Lead Agile delivery and own the CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment and production quality.
