Lead Full Stack Developer

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced **Lead Full Stack Developer** with **7\-10 years of hands\-on experience** in designing, developing, and delivering scalable web applications using **React.js, Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks**. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate with cross\-functional stakeholders to deliver high\-quality solutions.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise\-grade web applications using **React.js, Node.js, and Express.js**.
• Experience in NestJS will be added advantage
• Define application architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge\-sharing sessions.
• Develop reusable front\-end components using React.js, Hooks, Context API, and state management libraries such as Redux.
• Design and build scalable, secure, and high\-performing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, UX Designers, and Business Stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive performance optimization, scalability improvements, and application security initiatives.
• Oversee database design, optimization, and integration using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Ensure adherence to CI/CD processes, DevOps practices, and automated testing strategies.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, release management, and Agile ceremonies.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions for complex challenges.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve development efficiency.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• **7\-10 years of experience** in Full Stack Development with at least **2\+ years in a technical leadership role**.
• Strong expertise in **JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, and Express.js**.
• Hands\-on experience with **Redux, Context API, Hooks, and modern React design patterns**.
• Extensive experience developing and consuming **RESTful APIs** and **GraphQL** services.
• Strong knowledge of **MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other database technologies**.
• Experience with **Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies**.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of application security, authentication, authorization, and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience working in cloud environments such as **AWS, Azure, or GCP**.
• Excellent problem\-solving, communication, stakeholder management.
