About the Role : We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications while leading technical teams and driving best engineering practices. As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for the end\-to\-end software development lifecycle, mentoring developers, collaborating with cross\-functional teams, and delivering high\-quality solutions for enterprise\-scale applications.

Key Responsibilities : Lead the design, development, and deployment of full\-stack web applications. Architect scalable, secure, and high\-performance software solutions. Mentor and guide developers through code reviews and technical best practices. Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA, and DevOps teams. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues. \* Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and technical discussions. Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices. Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability. \* Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10\+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.

Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript. Expertise in React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. Strong backend experience with Node.js, Java, .NET, or Python. \* Experience developing RESTful APIs and Microservices. Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. \* Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Hands\-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes. \* Experience using Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. \* Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability. \* Excellent problem\-solving and leadership skills.
