Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results\-driven Lead Generation Executive to identify and engage potential enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching target accounts, generating qualified leads, conducting outbound outreach, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify target companies across manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, retail, and other enterprise sectors.
- Build and maintain a database of decision\-makers, including CEOs, Founders, CTOs, CIOs, COOs, Operations Heads, and Digital Transformation leaders.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, industry directories, and online research.
- Conduct personalized outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to initiate conversations with prospects.
- Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, authority, and timeline.
- Schedule product demos and discovery meetings for the Business Development team.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the CRM.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute outbound campaigns and improve lead conversion.
- Monitor outreach performance and recommend improvements based on campaign results.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research and internet prospecting abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce.
- Self\-motivated, organized, and target\-oriented.
- Understanding of SaaS, AI, or enterprise software solutions is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling B2B SaaS or enterprise technology solutions.
- Knowledge of outbound email sequencing and cold outreach best practices.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or automation platforms like Clay, n8n, or Zapier is an advantage.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Generate **300–500 qualified leads per month**.
- Schedule **40–60 qualified meetings per month**.
- Achieve **20–30% email reply rates** through personalized outreach.
- Maintain CRM data accuracy above **95%**.
- Consistently meet monthly outreach and meeting targets.
Pay: ₹9,980\.56 \- ₹30,365\.01 per month
