  • *Job Summary**

GTPL is looking for a proactive **Lead Generation Executive / Business Development Executive (BDE)** to identify and qualify potential business opportunities for Enterprise Solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience with lead generation tools, CRM platforms, and outbound prospecting to support the sales pipeline.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and online research.
  • Identify decision\-makers and key stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for the Business Development team.
  • Prospect enterprise clients for ERP, Custom Software, HRMS, and IT Services.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate lead and customer data in CRM systems.
  • Perform market research and competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams for campaign execution.
  • Track lead conversion metrics and prepare MIS reports.
  • Achieve lead generation and appointment\-setting targets.
