CompareX is an early\-stage fintech startup on a mission to become India's trusted decision platform for payment infrastructure. We help businesses discover, compare, and evaluate payment gateways through independent insights, practical tools, and expert guidance.

As one of our early team members, you won't be limited to routine tasks \- you'll work directly with the founders, collaborate with leading fintech companies, interact with business owners, and contribute to building products and processes from the ground up.

About the job

• Lead Generation \& Qualification \- Identify and connect with business leads actively evaluating payment solutions.
• Merchant Engagement \- Understand merchant requirements, qualify opportunities, and guide them through their evaluation process.
• Partner Coordination \- Assign leads to payment gateway partners, coordinate follow\-ups, and ensure timely updates.
• Relationship Management \- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant stakeholders.
• CRM \& Documentation \- Track lead progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure operational reporting.
• Onboarding Support \- Assist merchants with onboarding queries by coordinating with partner teams.
• Cross\-Functional Support \- Contribute to business development and partnership initiatives as needed.
