Job Description

Giraffic Info World is looking for a motivated and result\-oriented Lead Generation Executive to identify potential clients, generate business leads, and support our sales and marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales, digital marketing, and IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate potential business leads through online and offline channels.
• Research and identify prospective clients using Google Maps, LinkedIn, business directories, and social media.
• Contact potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Generate leads for website development, mobile app development, software development, ERP solutions, and digital marketing services.
• Explain company services to prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
• Schedule meetings and arrange product or service demonstrations for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into business opportunities.
• Maintain lead information, customer details, and follow\-up status in Excel or CRM software.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers and the internet.
• Confidence in making phone calls and communicating with potential customers.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and online lead generation.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good negotiation, follow\-up, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
