• *About the Role**

We are looking for motivated and target\-driven Lead Generation Executives(Voice) to generate leads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads while consistently meeting performance targets.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Outbound Calling:** Make calls to generate leads to pitch products/services, generate leads, and handle queries.

• *Target Achievement:** Meet daily and weekly KPIs related to calls and conversions.

• *CRM Management:** Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow\-ups, and customer feedback.

• *Team Collaboration:** Share insights and report progress to the Team Leader regularly.

Requirements

• *Experience:** Minimum 1 year in telesales/telecalling (US market preferred; inbound \+ outbound).

• *Communication Skills:** Fluent English with a clear, neutral accent and strong persuasion skills.

• *Sales Mindset:** Ability to meet or exceed targets in a fast\-paced environment.

• *Availability**: Comfortable working night shifts
