Job Description
- *Job Title:** Lead Generation Executive – US Staffing
- *Location:** Ahmedabad, Gujarat
- *Job Type:** Full\-Time (On\-site)
- *Shift:** US Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
- *Experience:** 1–2 Years (Freshers \& Experienced Candidates)
- *Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented **Lead Generation Executive** to support our US Staffing team by identifying and generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching and building a database of **Direct Clients, MSPs (Managed Service Providers), Implementation Partners, and Tier\-1 Vendors** across the US market.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Research and identify potential Direct Clients, MSPs, Implementation Partners, and Tier\-1 Vendors in the US Staffing industry.
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, Google, company websites, job boards, and other online platforms.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients with accurate contact details.
- Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to introduce the company's staffing services.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the Business Development team.
- Maintain and update CRM with lead status and communication history.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Recruitment, and Business Development teams to support client acquisition.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- *Required Skills**
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong internet research and data mining abilities.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or similar lead generation tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of the US Staffing industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target\-driven environment.
- *Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in US Staffing lead generation, B2B sales, or business development will be an added advantage.
