Job Description

We are hiring a Lead Generation \& Performance Marketing Executive with hands\-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, managing paid ad campaigns, and optimizing performance to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and online channels
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns
• Manage targeting, keywords, ad copies, and budgets
• Track and improve CPL, CTR, and conversions
• Maintain lead data and coordinate with the sales team
• Prepare basic performance reports

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year experience in lead generation and paid ads
• Hands\-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Knowledge of GA4, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
• Good communication and analytical skills

Preferred

• Experience in IT services or digital marketing agencies

Salary: As per experience

Working Days: 5 Days

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹21,000\.00 per month
