Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and target\-oriented Telemarketing Executive to support our B2B lead generation initiatives. The role involves engaging with prospective clients, qualifying leads using the BANT framework, generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and converting them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients across target industries.
- Identify decision\-makers and key stakeholders within organizations.
- Qualify leads based on the **BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)** framework.
- Generate and nurture **Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)** through effective communication and need assessment.
- Convert qualified prospects into **Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)** and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead information and activity records in CRM systems.
- Follow up on marketing campaigns, webinar attendees, downloaded content, and inbound inquiries.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent prospecting.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment\-setting targets.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Prepare reports on call outcomes, lead status, and pipeline progress.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in **B2B Telemarketing, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Demand Generation**.
- Strong understanding of **BANT, MQL, SQL, Lead Qualification, and Sales Funnel Management**.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and engage decision\-makers effectively.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
- Strong research and prospecting abilities.
- Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and results\-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of outbound calls completed.
- Number of qualified BANT leads generated.
- MQL\-to\-SQL conversion ratio.
- Meetings/demo appointments scheduled.
- Lead\-to\-opportunity conversion rate.
- Achievement of monthly lead generation targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, IT services, Market Research, or Digital Marketing industries.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools.
- Experience in international lead generation campaigns (US, UK, APAC, or EMEA markets).
