Job Description

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Lead Generation Executives to join our team at Vision Properties. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining our real estate projects, and arranging site visits.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Generate leads through phone calls, social media, and online platforms.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferred location.
• Explain our residential plots and real estate projects.
• Follow up with interested customers regularly.
• Schedule and confirm customer site visits.
• Update customer details and call status in Google Sheets/CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into site visits and bookings.
• Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.

Skills Required

• Good communication skills in Tamil.
• Basic English communication is an advantage.
• Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.
• Ability to communicate confidently with customers.
• Interest in sales, marketing, and real estate.
• Freshers are welcome.
