About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result\-oriented Linkedin \& Email Marketing Specialist to support our lead\-generation and business\-development efforts.

The ideal candidate should have experience in email lead generation, email outreach, and lead generation. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a database of 100–200\+ relevant business email contacts, identifying potential customers, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

1\. Research and identify potential B2B prospects and decision\-makers.

2\. Build and maintain a database of 100–200\+ relevant email contacts.

3\. Find verified and accurate business email IDs using appropriate lead\-generation tools.

4\. Create targeted email lists based on industry, company size, location, job title, and other criteria.

5\. Develop and execute cold email and email marketing campaigns.

6\. Write engaging and professional email content that generates responses.

7\. Manage email campaigns and follow up with prospects regularly.

8\. Track important metrics such as open rate, click\-through rate, reply rate, bounce rate, and leads generated.

9\.Identify interested prospects and qualify leads before passing them to the sales team.

10\.Research competitors, industries, and potential target markets to identify new opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in B2B lead generation or international lead generation.

Knowledge of email personalization and segmentation.

Previous experience generating qualified sales leads.
