Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a driven Lead Generation Specialist to fill our pipeline with qualified customers. You will turn social media interest, online searches, and outreach into **phone calls and booked appointments**. You will also bring in fleet accounts and cash\-for\-car sellers.

Key Responsibilities

• *Lead generation**

• Generate leads through Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, and local search
• Run and monitor Meta (Instagram/Facebook) ad campaigns with “Call Now” and “Book Now” goals
• Coordinate with the content team on Reels, posts, and Stories that drive calls and bookings
• Prospect local businesses for fleet and commercial service contracts through calls, email, and visits

• *Lead follow\-up and conversion**

• Respond to DMs, comments, web form inquiries, and missed calls within 15 minutes during business hours
• Qualify leads by asking about the vehicle, the issue, urgency, and budget
• Book appointments through our Calendly link and confirm them by call or text
• Follow up with no\-shows and past customers to rebook, and request Google reviews after service

• *Reporting and tracking**

• Log every lead in the CRM or spreadsheet with its source and status
• Track weekly numbers: leads, calls, bookings, show rate, cost per lead, and cost per booking
• Recommend improvements to ads, offers, and messaging based on results

• *Local marketing**

• Build relationships with local groups, apartment communities, and community pages
• Promote seasonal offers such as AC checks before summer, brake inspections, and pre\-purchase inspections

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years in lead generation, inside sales, digital marketing, or customer service (automotive experience is a plus)
• Strong spoken and written English; Spanish, Hindi, or Telugu is a bonus
• Comfortable with Instagram, Facebook Business Suite, and Meta Ads Manager
• Familiar with CRM tools, Google Business Profile, and scheduling tools like Calendly
• Confident on the phone and in messaging, with a friendly, honest style
• Organized, self\-motivated, and good at following up

Preferred Skills

• Basic video editing (CapCut or similar) and caption writing
• Local SEO knowledge
• Experience with automotive, home services, or other appointment\-based businesses

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
