We are looking for a **highly motivated and target\-driven B2B Sales Executive / Lead Generator** who can generate quality leads, connect with decision\-makers, and book appointments with potential clients globally.
Responsibilities – How You Will Contribute
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, and outbound prospecting
- Conduct cold calls and initiate conversations with business owners and decision\-makers
- Identify businesses requiring branding, website design, social media management, and digital marketing services
- Research target companies, industries, and key stakeholders
- Schedule discovery calls, meetings, and sales appointments for the business development team
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools like HubSpot, Excel, or similar platforms
- Build and nurture prospect relationships through consistent follow\-ups
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
- Track outreach performance, responses, and pipeline progress
- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment\-setting targets
Requirements – What You’ll Need
- Minimum **2\+ years** of experience in B2B lead generation, sales, or business development
- Strong experience in **LinkedIn lead generation, cold calling, and outbound sales**
- Experience in selling **design services, website development, branding, or digital marketing** is highly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with tools like **LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot CRM**, or similar
- Ability to confidently communicate with international clients
- Strong understanding of lead generation and appointment\-setting strategies
- Self\-motivated, organized, and performance\-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets

- Experience in IT services, creative agencies, or marketing agencies
