We are looking for a proactive and results\-driven Lead Generation Executive to identify potential customers and support our sales team by generating qualified business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements and decision\-making authority.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Fresher and Experience in lead generation, business development, telemarketing, or inside sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, or lead generation tools is a plus.
