We are seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented **Lead Generation Executive** for our doors and windows manufacturing company. The role involves identifying potential customers such as builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, and individual homeowners, and generating qualified leads for aluminium/UPVC doors and windows products.
- Generate leads from **builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, and property owners**
- Make outbound calls and introduce company products (doors, windows, frames, fittings, etc.)
- Identify new construction sites, projects, and renovation opportunities
- Maintain daily call records and lead updates in CRM/Excel
- Qualify leads based on project size, requirement, and budget
- Schedule meetings or site visits for sales/field executives
- Follow up with cold and warm leads regularly
- Coordinate with sales and production teams for order conversion
- Maintain strong database of ongoing construction projects in assigned area
- Achieve monthly lead generation targets
- Strong communication skills in **English, Tamil (or local language)**
- Telecalling / B2B sales / lead generation experience preferred
- Basic understanding of **construction industry / building materials** (preferred)
- Ability to identify potential construction projects
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills
- Basic MS Excel and CRM knowledge
- Target\-oriented and self\-motivated
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Any degree / diploma (Civil Engineering background is an advantage)
- Experience in real estate, building materials, or construction\-related sales is preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
· Monthly salary of ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month depends on your experience
