Lead Graphic Designer

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Design Lead who can drive brand identity, visual storytelling, and creative execution across all platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong background in branding and has successfully led a team of graphic designers to deliver high\-quality, consistent, and performance\-driven creatives. You will be responsible for owning the brand’s visual language and ensuring all design outputs align with business goals.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead and manage a team of graphic designers and creative professionals
• Define and maintain brand identity, guidelines, and visual systems
• Oversee design execution for marketing campaigns, ads, social media, website, and product creatives
• Translate business and marketing objectives into high\-impact visual concepts
• Ensure consistency in design across all touchpoints
• Review, guide, and improve team output through feedback and direction
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and creative workflows

• *Experience:**

• 4–8 years of experience in graphic design and branding
• Proven track record of building and scaling brand identities and visual systems
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team of designers
• Hands\-on experience in delivering creatives for marketing campaigns and digital platforms
• Prior experience working with D2C brands, agencies, or high\-growth startups (preferred)
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaigns, and design consistency across platforms

• *Skills \& Tools Required:**

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proficiency in Figma / Canva for digital and collaborative design
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics tools (After Effects or similar)
• Creative direction and visual storytelling skills
• Team leadership and project management
• Understanding of digital marketing creatives (ads, social media, performance creatives)
