### **Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead **Business Analysis** and **Process Documentation** activities across medium\-to\-complex technology initiatives. The role focuses on translating business needs into well\-defined requirements, coordinating **Requirements Gathering**, supporting **User Acceptance Testing**, and working effectively with stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle. The position also requires foundational capability in **Stakeholder Management**, **Change Management**, **Confluence**, and **Jira**.

### **Key Responsibilities**

• Lead **Business Analysis** activities across projects, ensuring business needs are clearly understood and translated into actionable requirements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive **Process Documentation**, including business processes and supporting requirement documentation.
• Conduct **Requirements Gathering** activities through workshops and discussions with relevant stakeholders and cross\-functional teams.
• Analyze and validate requirements to identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Coordinate and support **User Acceptance Testing**, helping ensure delivered solutions align with documented business requirements.
• Apply **Stakeholder Management** practices to facilitate discussions, communicate requirements, and support resolution of functional issues.
• Support **Change Management** activities and stakeholder communications associated with solution and process changes.
• Use **Confluence** and **Jira** at a foundational level to support requirements documentation, collaboration, and delivery coordination.
• Review business analysis deliverables and provide guidance to Business Analysts within the team.

### **Qualifications**

• Experience leading requirements and stakeholder discussions across medium\-to\-complex initiatives.
