What We re Looking For

We re looking for a strategic and hands\-on marketing manager to lead how UST positions and brings its life sciences solutions to market. You will translate complex, technical and service offerings into clear, compelling narratives, while driving end\-to\-end go\-to\-market strategy. In a cross\-functional environment, you ll partner closely with sales and marketing to shape messaging, influence the roadmap, and deliver impactful launches that drive growth.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the strategy, positioning, and go\-to\-market execution for UST s life sciences solutions.
  • Own the end\-to\-end marketing function, including messaging/positioning, segmentation, launches, sales enablement, and market intelligence.
  • Partner cross\-functionally with business units, sales, and solution leadership to translate complex offerings into clear, differentiated value propositions for customers across healthcare, life sciences, and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Act as the voice of the market internally and the voice of the product externally.

In This Role, You Can Expect To

  • Define and evolve UST s life sciences positioning, messaging, and narrative across key customer segments and verticals
  • Lead end\-to\-end go\-to\-market demand generation programs.
  • Enable sales with clear value propositions, content, and tools that drive pipeline and expansion
  • Develop and maintain deep understanding of customers, buyers, and competitors to inform strategy
  • Drive category creation and thought leadership
  • Establish and operationalize GTM processes, ensuring consistency and quality across launches
  • Track and analyze performance of messaging and launches, iterating based on data and feedback

What You Need To Succeed

  • 5\-7 years of experience in product marketing, with marketing experience in B2B technology/services or life sciences/pharma organizations.
  • Proven track record of leading successful go\-to\-market strategies and driving measurable business impact
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical products into clear, compelling messaging
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with life sciences/pharma, technologies is strongly preferred
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using data to inform decisions and measure success
  • BS degree, MBA preferred
