Lead I - Data Engineering

UST seeks a Lead I in Data Engineering to drive data-driven investigations and propose analytical solutions for applications. You will collaborate with the application development team to analyze datasets, identify patterns, and recommend modeling approaches. Key responsibilities include performing exploratory data analysis to address business questions, designing and implementing analytical methods to support application features, and translating data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical background, excellent SQL skills, and hands-on experience with Python or R.
