Lead I - Enterprise Solutions - ServiceNow MCP & Now Assist Specialist

• *Role description**

1\. ServiceNow Development: Strong hands\-on experience in ServiceNow development, scripting, platform configuration, customization, and troubleshooting. 2\. ServiceNow MCP Tooling: Specific, hands\-on experience with ServiceNow Model Context Protocol (MCP) tooling, including configuration, setup, implementation, and troubleshooting. 3\. ServiceNow MCP External Connectivity: Proven experience connecting ServiceNow MCP servers and tools to external systems, applications, AI agents, and other MCP\-compatible clients. Must understand authentication, authorization, secure connectivity, and tool exposure. 4\. ServiceNow Integrations: Strong technical experience building and troubleshooting integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST APIs, web services, IntegrationHub, and other relevant integration mechanisms. 5\. Scripted REST APIs: Hands\-on experience designing, developing, securing, testing, and maintaining Scripted REST APIs in ServiceNow, including custom endpoints, request/response handling, authentication, and error handling. 6\. Now Assist and Related Tooling: Practical knowledge of ServiceNow Now Assist capabilities and the associated tooling, configuration, integrations, and AI\-driven workflows. Experience connecting Now Assist with external tools and services is highly desirable. 7\. Platform\-Level Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, server\-side scripting, security, access controls, API frameworks, debugging, and performance troubleshooting. 8\. End\-to\-End Implementation: Ability to independently design, implement, test, troubleshoot, and deploy solutions across ServiceNow development, MCP tooling, integrations, Scripted REST APIs, and Now Assist. Candidate Expectations • Must be technically hands\-on, not limited to conceptual knowledge or solution architecture. • Must have practical implementation experience in ServiceNow MCP tooling and external system connectivity. • Must be able to explain the architecture, configuration, authentication, data flow, and troubleshooting of implemented solutions. • Must demonstrate the ability to work directly on the ServiceNow platform and resolve technical issues independently.
