Summary: UST is looking for a skilled Workday Technical Professional with deep expertise in Workday integrations (EIB, Studio), custom reporting, and a strong mastery of Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules to support enterprise\-wide Workday implementations and operations.

The Opportunity: · Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations (EIB, Studio). · Create and enhance custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and calculated fields in Workday. · Support Workday modules such as HCM, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Leave Management. · Partner with functional consultants and business users to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions. · Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support for Workday integrations and reports. · Participate in Workday implementation projects, covering design, testing, deployment, and post\-go\-live support. · Ensure data integrity and security by configuring and maintaining Workday security groups, roles, and domain permissions.

What you need: · Proven hands\-on experience in Workday integration development using EIB and Studio. · Strong expertise in creating advanced custom reports, matrix reports, composite reports, and calculated fields. · Deep functional and technical understanding of Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence management. · Strong ability to partner with business users and functional consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions. · Solid understanding of Workday security frameworks, data integrity protocols, and role\-based access control.

Desired Skills: · Experience with Workday implementation projects from design to post\-go\-live support · Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills for complex integration debugging · Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration abilities

Qualification: · Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent professional Workday certification and experience).
