Lead I - Software Engineering - Java FullStack

We are recruiting a Senior Full Stack Developer to architect, construct, and expand high-performance web applications. This position demands deep proficiency in both frontend and backend systems, coupled with strong system design capabilities and familiarity with modern practices including AI-assisted development. Key duties encompass leading system architecture and technical decisions, constructing REST APIs and backend services utilizing Java and Spring Boot, and engineering responsive user interfaces with React.js, Redux, Hooks, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. You will work closely with UX/UI designers to craft intuitive and visually engaging interfaces, implementing state management via Redux and middleware such as redux-thunk or redux-saga.
